In 2026, Las Terrenas opened a new space to connect investment, development, tourism and community. An initiative created to bring together the people building the present and the future of one of the most appealing destinations in the Dominican Republic.
An idea born in Las Terrenas
The meeting point that was missing
It all started with a vision: to create a place that could bring together, at the same time, developers, real estate agents, investors, business owners, financial institutions, professionals and representatives of a community that keeps growing.
That is how the first Las Terrenas Real Estate Festival was born. More than a property fair, it was conceived as a platform to connect opportunities, build relationships and show the destination's real estate and tourism potential.
Much more than talking about property
The purpose was clear from the start: to show Las Terrenas to the world from a new perspective. A destination where real estate growth sits alongside tourism, nature, investment, architecture, food and a multicultural community.
The Festival was created to bring projects and opportunities closer to buyers and investors, but also to open up conversations about the development and the future of the destination.

The launch
The Festival was officially launched in front of business owners, industry figures, professionals and the press. That evening marked the beginning of a platform designed to strengthen the destination's real estate profile. The countdown had begun.

The gathering
For two days, people, projects, companies and ideas converged around a single vision. A space to discover, connect, talk and imagine new possibilities in Las Terrenas and across the province of Samaná.

The second edition
Five days and an international reach. The story that started in May continues in January, with more days, more space and the same idea behind it.
